Sapling is an independent company and as such, we take what we do very personally, providing customers with the levels of service we would like to receive ourselves.

Whether you are an employer or a job seeker, you will be allocated one point of contact who will be responsible for managing your account in order to make the recruitment process as smooth and efficient as possible. We will communicate openly with you every step of the way to keep you up to date and provide constructive feedback throughout.

CVs will never be sent out without speaking with candidates firstly on a vacancy by vacancy basis to prevent duplication of applications and ensure genuine interest in the role.

We will do our utmost to provide valuable insight on the current market, salary scales and career guidance.

All conversations, correspondence and emails are treated with the strictest of confidence.

We operate a candidate referral scheme – we pay £500 as a ‘thank you’ when we successfully place someone who is referred to us (as long as they are not already registered with us as an active applicant); ask your Consultant for more details.
